Theme: Hold Sacred Your Own Well~Being

Our popular annual wellness challenge is six weeks of motivation, goal setting, health assessments, & more. If you are looking to improve your overall well being with a friendly, supportive group of mothers, this challenge is for you! 

Our challenge runs February 9th to March 21st.  This year's challenge includes measurements, assessments, accountability and daily wellness challenges focused on a variety of areas including: nutrition, spiritual, fitness, self care, & emotional.  This year's goal is to focus on your overall well being not just your fitness.

We are also including 3 Connect Coffees on February 6th, March 1st, & March 15th which will include 3 guest speakers: Becky Eldredge {spiritual direction & author}, Claire Kantrow {physical therapist}, and Samantha Rauber {perinatal mental health professional}.  


Our challenge team celebrates, with a pre-challenge gathering, and a post challenge celebration, with prizes from our sponsors.
