A functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, stories and fun! Each trainer is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Our mat~based Pilates classes focus on strengthening the entire core with special attention on the transverse abdominus & pelvic floor. This class is session based so that moms are able to safely progress through each exercise. Each session incorporates new equipment such as the: pilates ring, resistance band, foam roller, pelvicore ball, etc. to continually challenge the mind & body.
We offer both Basic|Fundamental classes & Intermediate|Advanced classes.
Newborns are welcome at our mat~based Pilates classes.
We offer a variety of wellness programs to help nourish a mother's overall well being. Our programs include wellness challenges throughout the year, private support for mothers during the prenatal & pospartum period of pregnancy, nutrition guidance, & more.

Our village is our collective of mothers & children. We recognize the importance of mothers finding connection with one another during each stage of motherhood. Connection nourishes a mothers emotional well being. We offer monthly social gatherings for moms to provide opportuntiines for connection. We also recognize the importance of nurturing every child's development. We offer a variety of play groups each month for children. Our village gatherings make for precious memories!
Nourish has been an absolute blessing to my family and me since we joined when Emma was 11 months old. Not only have I had the endless benefits of exercise that have helped me deal with post-partum depression, anxiety, and stress, but it has been a positive experience for Emma, as well. I am Emma’s mom, her role model, and what I do with my life affects hers. She is looking up to me and watching me, so I feel it is important that I do my best to lead by example.
